Hermit-y, quiet, very respectful, I often work 2 jobs so my home is my peaceful sanctuary and I very much would like for it to stay that way. I hope it can be your sanctuary as well. I rarely have guests, and if I ever do, I will let you know in advance, and I ask the same from you. I have 2 anxious kitty cats so kids and dogs are a STRICT no, but I have pet gates and they can be kept out of your space if you prefer. While I enjoy beer and wine, I am over my party phase, I don’t smoke at all. In my spare time, I like to paddle board, garden, try new restaurants, experiment with healthy recipes in the kitchen, watch Netflix/Prime TV/Hulu/etc. Big fan of fantasy, sci-fi, and psychological horror. I have 1 small dog that doesn't shed and is potty trained and has a very laid-back demeanor- he will not try to stay in your room he knows his space. If you have a pet I will consider it although there will be a pet deposit that won't be less than that is refundable should the property be returned the manner it was given..
