The south-facing flat has very high ceilings, extensive terrace and garden areas, underfloor heating, and an underground parking space is included in the rent. The flat stays nice and warm as it gets lots of sunlight year-round due to the large south-facing windows, which also minimises the need to turn the heating on. The living room has 2 doors accessing the outside corner terrace, which is a large sheltered area running along the outside of the flat, looking out over landscaped grass with trees and lake which is great for relaxing and having BBQs in the summer. Upstairs is a relaxing sofa area, and office desk space suitable for working from home.The room itself is a large double room with high ceilings, internal cupboards and storage, a TV with Chromecast, a king-sized bed, bedside tables as well as a large ensuite bathroom adjacent.
