I originally bought the house last year with a friend, but a mental health crisis has put us in the position of needing to find folx to move in to help with the mortgage. The mortgage is $, and because I have the master bedroom and use the garage as my Art studio, I take on the bigger share. Utilities, internet, and City services come out to $ each month depending on the usage of electricity, heating, and air. I’m asking for a $ deposit and some good references.It is a left leaning political household. LGBTQIA friendly. friendly and if you smoke cigarettes, thats done outside. The owner of the home is really my cat, Osiris, and because of that, unfortunately no more pets can come.
