Everything but the room is furnished and I am totally okay with sharing my things. Lease ends May fourteen!The apartment has an in-unit washer & dryer and a gym in the apartment complex. It's located about fifteen minutes from Southcenter, West Seattle and Downtown Seattle. Right next to highway- so access to I-5 isn't too bad. The apartment is one and a half bathrooms which means that we'd share the shower however there's a separate toilet and sink and there's a sliding door between the bathrooms. Also, parking is included as long as it's not covered parking and for covered parking it's dollars.Generally looking for a roommate who can communicate and around my age. I'm not home a lot because I work full-time and go to school full-time as well. I try to keep the apartment pretty clean, and I am usually pretty quiet in my room when I am home. We don't have to be friends, but I wouldn't want to be strangers. Gender doesn't matter.
