The monthly rent is with all bills paid and the room is available in January Tenant will have their own private bath, and will have access to laundry room washer & dryer, kitchen, and common spaces.No pets, No drugs, no overnight guests, no more than two visitors at a time with a visitor curfew of 9pm. Prefer a one year lease as to a month to month basis but will consider monthly. Tenant must pass a background check.
