I am year old healthy, active female. I am a substitute teacher for KHSD. I am currently renting a loft apartment, but it is not a good area. The street noise is loud and lots of cars sitting in parking lots blasting music often. My neighbors are very loud (TV booming) and fight a lot. Even when they aren’t loud, I can hear them talking through the wall (very thing walls) so for my own apartment doesn’t feel like I have my own space anyway and would rather cut costs and live with a tidy, mature individual that values a peaceful environment and good sleep (I am desperate for a good nights sleep). Preferences: - location: , or - Room and own bathroom - Only one other roommate (my age + or older, OR is just quiet, mature, tidy, likes a peaceful environment) - No kids, no dogs (or one that doesn’t bark a lot) - No loud neighbors (parties or barking dogs, etc…. Just don’t want an online noise nuisance) - Double pane windows (quieter) - Unfurnished (flexible on this) - Utilities included in rent, $ (flexible on this)
