It is genuinely a very nice spot. The A, O, Z bus lines run right by the apartment with the closest stop being just one block away. They can take you to and from both the MU and Silo, as well as all throughout Davis.The SPCA thrift store is also just one block away and it's very underrated. Great deals and a constantly rotating selection. Good amount of furniture for amazing prices most days too. I pop in on my way back from classes all the time.Apartment comes with one reserved parking slot and neither of other roommates has a car so it'd be all yours. Street parking is available too and free % of the time and one block away is free % of the time.Honestly, this apartment is really great for the price, especially when it comes to location. We hate to leave, but we sadly need to move for work.
