I am looking for a room rental situation where the rent w/utilities is or below.I am fairly quiet and tidy, while being admittedly an extroverted introvert so I can stick to myself or socialize.I keep a steady gym schedule and am aiming to have 2 jobs for the first 6 months of being a roommate.I also have a Costco membership that all in house can benefit from if wanted.I work within the restaurant industry because I luv to cook and I turn on February 6th.
