Hello, how are you? I’m interested in the apartment you posted. It would be me, my husband, and our 7-month-old daughter. My husband works full-time as a security guard, and I am currently on maternity leave, but I work as a cook. We don’t smoke, we don’t have pets, and we rarely have visitors. We are looking for an apartment or studio because we truly prioritize cleanliness and organization. At the moment, we share a house with other people who don’t share these priorities, which has made the living situation quite uncomfortable. We have tried to resolve the situation respectfully, but unfortunately, the agreed-upon rules are not followed, and all responsibilities end up falling on us. As a new mother, this has been very overwhelming for me. In addition to caring for my baby, I have been taking on almost all the household chores, and it has affected my well-being. I will be returning to work soon, so we really need a calmer, more organized space — especially to ensure a healthy environment for our daughter.
