It is a double room in a maisonette, very quiet area and friendly neighbors! 👯♀️You will be living with another girl called Kassidy who is currently studying social work and completing her placement meaning she is in the house evenings, the occasional week day and weekends. 🛌The room can come with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, desk, chair, tv stand and a clothes rail for a very reasonable additional cost. ⭐️The room is bright, spacious and you will have access to shared storage in the house, shared bathroom with bathtub and shower, shared kitchen and a large living room. 💷Rent is £pcm with an additional £ for deposit. Bills are estimated at £ per month on an unlimited package (heating, water, wifi and electric) 🚗Easy to commute to and from, close to shops and pubs!
