Traveling engineer so might not be home a lot depending on projects, I’m looking for something unfurnished and a decent size needs to be big enough for a queen sized bed and desk unless theres another area in the main space to put my desk for working on my projects. Price listed is what i prefer max but flexible depending on what is offered
