The house includes Gigabit Fiber internet, a inch fourK Television in the living room (pictures attached), a kitchen outfitted with a dish washer, air fryer, coffee/latte maker, slow/pressure/rice cooker, etc. The bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. There is a washer and dryer. The home is minutes out from US One, and another couple minutes out from the Florida Turnpike. There are a handful of grocery stores and restaurants in the local area. Landscaping is included. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen and a second one in the garage and cabinet space so plenty of storage for your groceries. If you're a gamer that could benefit from a wired connection, that could be easily arranged as well. I am the only one in this house currently, but come January, two tenants will be moving in. A twenty one year old woman named Nicole, my girlfriend, to stay in the master bedroom, and a twenty three year old man, to occupy the room next to this one. Your responsibilities as a roommate are as simple as it gets. Pay your rent on time, clean up after yourself, and be a nice person to be around. Utilities, water, trash pickup, etc are all included in your rent. I'm just looking for a friendly professional man or woman. No drugs are allowed on the property, but drinking is okay.
