Kadıköy Moda (Caferağa Mahallesi) is the safest neighboorhood in İstanbul. My apartment is 2nd floor of a a 4 storey quite bulding. 5 theatres, 1 opera house, 1 movie theatre are located in 5 min walking distance. Also ferries, subway, metrobus and bus stations are min walking distance. Surrounded lots of cafes and bars and markets. 5 min to the seaside to watch sunset. Expats or exchange students are preferred.
