Hi, I am a professional who is looking for a room to rent in MD—ideally a furnished one and closer to DC. I don’t need a kitchen. I don’t smoke nor do I have pets. I don’t invite guests or do party etc either. However I have a car for which I need a parking space. My budget is flexible but under $ is great.
