Hello! I am years old and currently work in hospitality. Sadly I am losing my roommate to another position across the country. So I am looking for another woman who wants to have her own Golden Girls vibe in her living situation. I have been divorced for a year and currently have one other roommate. She is a bit younger. Our current lease isn't up until November , with options to renew. I love doing what I do and making people happy, although at home I prefer a very quiet existence. I am extremely clean and prefer all common areas to remain clean as well. I also prefer no over night guests unless its family and with notice. The home is completely furnished, but not the bedroom. I enjoy movies nights and once a week enjoy going out for cocktails. But other than that I mostly keep to myself. This unit is ba and each room has a walk in closet. The base rent is $. Electric is done on budget billing and is about $ per person. WiFi is $ person. Water and trash is usually around $ per person. We divide the rent 3 ways evenly. No pets because the furniture is newer. If you have pots and pans you want to bring or flatware feel free, there is plenty of room. I may sound strict on somethings, but its just from learned experiences.
