I work afternoon to midnight Monday through Friday. I am looking to rent a room to someone who can at the very least pay their rent on time and clean up after themselves. The house is part of a duplex. The room comes with a personal bathroom right across the hall and a shared kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer access.Utilities are included in the rent, including wifi.
