Community pool, hot-tub, mail room (never lost a package in >1yr living here), fitness center (very small), excellent property management company is always responsive (a rare gem IMO). Complex is along the foster city lagoons, which makes for nice post-lunch walks to stretch your legs. Not sure square footage, but can measure upon request. Bedroom not furnished by default but this can be negotiated.
