Hello, I am looking for a private room with personal or shared bathroom. I do NOT have pets or kids so I do not require a lot of space. I value privacy and personal space and I am mindful of my roommates need for the same. I occasionally go camping, roadtripping, hiking, traveling so there might be days when I'm gone. I'm also regularly at the gym. I am open minded about living with someone with a different background or culture(s). I am also willing to help clean common areas or bathrooms but my room will occasionally be my own lovely mess. Speaking of lovely messes I will absolutely NOT be willing to live in a place that is riddled with insects or mold. DONT have a crazy ex trying to find me nor am I dating so I will not have guests. I also am strict on NOT eating or using any of my roommates food or things.
