I have 2 bedrooms available in this townhouse in Miami Lakes in a gated community (pools, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, lakes).The 2 bedrooms would share the bathroom with full access to the rest of the house.The association and the owners must approve any new tenants after screening, credit, and background checks. A deposit will be required, the first month and last month as well.
