About me:
Soon to be grad student, work full time mostly from home. Have a furry friend(husky) but he is an outside dog. All I am looking for in a tenant is a clean person who knows how to pick up after themselves around shared areas such as kitchen/dining room table, living room, and restroom. I prefer women as housemates, but open to renting to men. Brand new kitchen that I just finished getting remodeled so being clean is extremely important since everything in the kitchen is new.
