I will be fully gone from the apartment by the time you move in. Apartment will be cleaned and emptied of all my belongings. Since this is a lease pass-off, you will not need to pay any deposits or fees beyond the dollars to put you on the lease.Additionally, you will only need to pay rent after I am removed from the lease. So for February, you will only need to pay me the dollars. I will pay Feb's rent, utilities, power, and am willing to pay internet as well. After February, you will be responsible for all payments.Lease ends Oct . Electricity and internet are separate expenses. I'm willing to work with you around move-in dates (As early as January 1st and as late as March 1st). I am also willing to leave behind some furniture items- Including a full-sized bed and frame, a dining table with 4 chairs, a loveseat, and a small coffee table.
