(there’s always plenty)move in date: between mid september and october 1st. ▫️security deposit is the same as the rent’s price.✨3+month lease (minimum).**this is the price for the bedroom you’re renting, NOT for the whole place. the living room and kitchen are all furnished and I’m leaving all of my things in my bedroom (big tv dresser night stand and king size bed) so you won’t need to worry about buying anything. you'll be sharing the space with my friend Ryan who is thirty years old. he is a real estate agent who works full time and is very kind respectful easy going and lives an active life.❌if you’re in the party scene or like having people over often this isn’t the place for you! ❌ no couples sorry!
