This is a beautiful and spacious townhome located in the papago park area! Being off of the highway, we are very close to downtown tempe, south scottsdale, and about minutes to downtown phoenix. The tenant will have their own parking spot! The room itself is pretty spacious! I believe the measurements are so you can fit a king size and still have plenty of room. This is a shared bathroom hallway but the bathroom is kept very clean. We also have a loft which is the perfect area to study/work or even just relax. Washer and dryer included as well! We have a garage occupied by hoh and we also have a small backyard as well!
