We have a 3 bedroom townhome in Sykesville with a master bedroom and master bath available for rent. Asking $, this includes electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet. It is one private room and private bathroom (the largest ones in the house) but obviously renter will have access to the whole house except for our room. We have a gym and a deck and a fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Its a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Renters room and bathroom are on 2nd floor, common areas on main floor, roommates (married couple, M) live in basement.
