My home is simple but very clean and safe. I have to full bathrooms, family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, and large backyard. The home is 1 min from highway, centrally located to Greenbrier mall, food places, grocery store. Safe, quiet neighborhood. The home is the last home on the block. So no issues with parking or neighbors.

The house has all rooms furnished home is new and clean. Other roomates are respectful. Utilities and yard care is included in the rent. Washer and dryer also available.

Recent homebuyer. I've spent the past month furnishing the house (minus the vacant bedroom). I'm a fairly laid-back person. I try to keep a clean house. I love watching live sports, when a good game is on. Working on getting my garage set up to be a decent little workshop. I'm pretty handy. Looking for a roommate I can mesh with. Maybe even hang out with from time to time. There's a possibility that I'll be getting a dog in the near future, but nothing as of right now.
