One bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom home in Sun Valley, located 1 mile from the border of Burbank. There are two women roommates (age ). The bedroom shares a bathroom (outside of room, not connected)). We are looking for a roommate preferably a woman. Rent is $ a month due on the first and the security deposit is $. We have 3 dogs so need to be dog friendly but unfortunately we have met the threshold on the lease for how many dogs/cats the house can have so we can’t have anymore.
