I keep to myself but I love to bake, cook, read, and garden around the apartment complex and on the patio. You would be welcome to share common areas. Common areas come as is. -Room is - electric per month -Spacious room large enough for a single person-2 blocks from the beach-Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, patio, parking space-Included utilities: gas, water, trash-Heating and cooking are gas-Paid utilities: WiFi, electric-Comes to around $ a month per person-2 indoor/outdoor cats and 1 dog currently. They are older and very friendly. They would love to have you around. No more pets allowed per lease agreement, no exceptions sorry! Please don't ask, I appreciate it.-Room is unfurnished like in photosStart with a month to month sublease and possibility of signing a longer agreement after 6 months.
