If you are looking for short term summer or long term ~ ideal for traveling professional in need a of a secure great place in a wonderful part of town. The Apartment is completely furnished including the room available and has a tranquil pond fountain below the guest bedroom in the neighboring courtyard. The bathroom has a separate bath tub & shower. The apartment also has a dining room, living room full kitchen ; balcony plz appreciate this building is a beautifully peaceful place with longtime and very interesting friends and neighbors all looking out for each other. An established educator working for National Geographic, dedicated to wildlife conservation projects and works remote from his home office as well as field work and trips. Usually very laid back and easy going but does NOT want a full time work from home room renter or any party mode candidates. Very welcome to a corporate executive that just needs a place to hang their hat while working/staying in Los Angeles and needs a regular address. The room has views of the Hollywood sign & was professionally cleaned on . The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with dishware, cooking utensils, etc. available. We also have a washer & dryer you’d be welcome to use. Shelves & fridge/freezer space will be available for you in the kitchen. Please note that there is not a ton of space, so someone with limited furniture would be ideal. NO PARKING AVAILABLE. We have two cats & a dog. They’re our babies, & we love animals but we are a full household so no pets please! Circling back to cleanliness, our windows are always open for ventilation when we smoke & we take great care in making sure our place smells amazing even as frequent smokers :)As we are a lesbian couple, allies are welcome, queers are more welcome!! 🌈 We are a quiet, year old couple renting a room inside our home, & you will not be on the lease.
