Furnished room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. The room is completely furnished and has a flat-screen TV and full-sized bed. This is my private home and not a boarding house.The first month's rent is free with a minimum stay of three months. I do require a background check as well as a fully refundable $ deposit. Rent is $ per month, thereafter.All utilities are included, as well as use of other areas of the home, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, etc. Washer/ dryer are on the premises.
