The house is a 7 minute walk from Stockwell tube station for tube for the Northern & Victoria line as well as lots of bus routes also a few minutes from the door. The room itself is King size. With two wardrobe spaces, a cabinet and a wide shelf with additional storage under the King size bed. There is two windows so plenty of light with one facing the pretty street and the other the garden. You will be living with 4 fantastic housemates, 3 boys and another girl and sharing a large bathroom with the girl which has recently been re done which is a bonus alongside the traditionally kept house.We are not a house which is in each others pockets but we always have a chat in the kitchen and watch a few things together. On the occasion we also an activity together like a pub quiz at The Crown, our local. With interests in music, cinema and writing they are a creative bunch. Rent - £ This excludes bills which is on average £, which can be higher or lower depending on the time of year. Parking - you can pay for a permit with Lambeth council if you have a car with plenty of spaces available. House age range - Currently so we are looking for someone over please and professionals only taken. Hi, I am searching for a respectful, compatible housemate to occupy my downstairs double bedroom and house share with me starting in December at the earliest, I'm sure we would both know if we're compatible after meeting if all goes well at the viewing after answering questions about eachother's lifestyle, habits, routine, occupation(s) etc. The communal areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden) are shared & all utility bills are included within the rent. My house is a nice, semi-detached 2 bedroom which is less than a minute walk from town! Only parking available is street parking outside (free). I do also own a pet cat, who's very friendly & quiet. The house also has a loft & a shed for storage purposes if needed (great if you have things or large items you rarely use). Furniture can be adjusted depending on what suits you as we can move things around from other rooms in the house, so it's not limited to what you see in the photos. You can use/keep the tv in the bedroom as shown in the photos if you'd like to! There's even a spare single guest room if someone (such as family/friends) is staying over for a night or 2 which is fine on occasion as long as agreed with me in advance.
