I’m looking for multiple roommates to rent out 4 rooms. There is a BR ,living room / Kitchen downstairs in basement for rent as well the price will be different than just renting a room upstairs. Both bathrooms are fully renovated . If you do not want your room furnished just let me know and I can take beds out . No biggie :). I am , my son is 5 years old. We won’t really be living amongst the potential roommates in the house. We will be living somewhere else once approved. The price for apartments and requirements for them make it impossible to get your own apartment these days. I would love to provide a comfy , safe , and quiet environment for the people that choose to live here.
