The house is located in a safe neighborhood (Harbor and Heil) between the -- and the -- freewayson Harbor Blvd and is right next to Huntington Beach, Santa Ana and Costa mesa. The house has 4 bedrooms and two baths, so you'll be sharing a bathroom with 2 clean considerate roommates. We have a huge backyard w/fruit trees, front yard, garage, washer/dryer, super high speed WIFI, outdoor Weber grill, microwave, toaster oven, plenty of parking, water filter and the house is always clean and comfy. The deposit will is the same as rent. No Cats or Dogs. Caged animals are ok if they are quiet.We are looking for ONE PERSON long term and the room is available ASAP. Female working professional wanted for room for rent in Costa Mesa. Apartment is BA with dual masters and identical bathrooms. Room is a good size with great closet. Apartment is big and roomy. Room is unfurnished but the common area is furnished as well as the balcony so you would have access to use my furniture. Included in the price of rent are cable, water, sewer, and trash. Complex offers free tennis and yoga lessons as well! As far as utilities, you will only be for half of the internet and half of the electricity bill. Utilities cost will be discussed.
