One bedroom room for rent with a shared bathroom

My name is Bo and I’m looking for a roommate who is working or have guaranteed income. Someone who is responsible with rent on time and keeping their area clean especially the kitchen and bathroom. I don’t allow any drugs (including weed) or alcohol in my residence or on my property. However, what happens outside of my house with alcohol/weed is no business of mine, just no overly intoxication at the house. If you smoke cigs or vape outside only. I have two small dachshunds Chloebelle and Sir Charles. They are fun and playful dogs. I have two roommates and looking for a 1 more roommate to fill my bedroom with shared bathroom with one person available now. I believe that drugs and alcohol come with drama and my home is relaxed and peaceful because it’s not apart of my environment.My home is big enough so that nobody runs into each other. Moving to CO in December Looking for a roommate to sign a lease at Dryden in the golden triangle!! This apartment is AMAZING. bath for thirty hundred and running a promotion for 8 weeks free!! That would make it about fifteen hundred a person. I will pay a hundred dollars more a month for the bigger room due to me working from home and needing to put my work desk in my bedroom. This place has amazing amenities. -fantastic gym with squat rack, leg press and stairmaster -indoor spa! Hot tub, steam room, cold plunge, sauna -rooftop pool-in unit washer/dryer -coworking spaces I am a year old finance professional. And looking for someone clean and respectful. I go to bed around pm and wake up around am. I vacuum once a week. And always do my dishes the same day I make them dirty lol I’m moving to Denver to be closer to nature.
