Rarely home, looking for a roommate to share expense with son moving out of state. min north of airport and min from downtown Tampa or St. Pete depending on time of day/traffic. Walking distance to restaurants, luxury amenities and garage space for storage. Furnished minus bedroom but if needed have bed/dresser in storage if needed.
