Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take my lease over at The Seasons apartments. It’s for the bedroom shown in the picture. It’s in a top floor penthouse style apartment with elevator access. They also have a pool/spa, movie theater, computer lab, and gym. The unit also includes a walk in closet, private bathroom, and an in unit washer and dryer. This particular bedroom is on the bottom floor of the unit so no worries about stairs! It’s only $ a month +electricity (for student housing this is the cheapest on the market). It’s also fully furnished!! The month of October is already paid for!! Super affordable and really nice and super close to campus and the mall for students!! yo what’s up! I got to Tucson to start school at the University of Arizona in December, and found this sweet place! Just looking to rent out the other bedroom to save a bit of money for next semester. Its a chill and respectful spot, all the tenants in the complex are really nice and you meet the best dogs haha. I have the place mostly furnished (I think it looks super nice 😅), so all you really need to be responsible for is your bedroom unless you have some cool stuff to throw in here. I’m studying photography and enjoy playing video games, so for the most part it’s a pretty quiet apartment! I live by myself currently, but sometimes bring friends over to have a beer and watch shows. It would be pretty cool to have another student come in, but anyone who’s respectful is more than welcome!
