We have community game nights for the roommates and we like to go to cinemark and all watch a movie together at least 1x a month. We also have a home gym and nature trail .2 miles away.Large kitchen, living room, shared full bath and nice sized back yard. We love working out, playing guitar, investing in real estate, day trading, and trying new recipes. We are minutes from downtown Carrollton with 3 nations brewery pictured, nice coffee shops and other restaurants. This is a great spot for dates and musical events. The old town feel here is magical. The cross streets are President George Bush Tollway and Mccoy road.
