Private driveway with space for 1 vehicle; on-street parking is also available for visitors. It will easily accommodate a queen size bed with end tables on each side. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes and store belongings with the two attached side by side closets. There is space for dresser and desk/tv stand if desired. You will have your own detached bathroom to utilize, shared in-unit washer/dryer, living room and kitchen. There is also some garage and extra common closet space available if needed for storageFeatures: Walking distance to the grocery stores, gym and other amenities along 4th ave and/or Duvall ave. 5 minute drive to I-, and Coal Creek Pkwy month lease, rent (), security deposit (), proof of income and copy of identification due at signing.
