نبذة عني
Hi my name is Zana and I have a 5 yr old daughter RyLee, I’m recently widowed and looking for a place , I’m desperate for a place that’s available asap & affordable, my issue with renting a place on my own is the fact they want 5 yr rental history which I can’t provide since my husband had the last 2 houses in his name ( a land contract and a mortgage) to help build his credit over yrs before he passed and also I’m currently in school and half my income in (cash or via other ways like doing side work) & survivor benefits Adjusting to widowhood alone with no outside support an help has been extremely difficult & once school is finished I’ll have a great income but for now I have to do things this way, I was also in a bad car accident last yr and still healing so doing a traditional job physical work isn’t something possible and also with my daughters schedule and having only myself to provide transportation (she has level 1 autism and goes to ABA therapy 3 days a week) , I do have a income of monthly and can provide proof of income. I have many office type of certifications and currently in school for accounting and HR certifications and will have 2 types of notary soon , I’m on the path of building but during this time I’m having a hard time finding stable safe housing, if this is something that can work please feel free to reach out
