Hi! I’m Katrina, and I’m looking for a roommate or sublet starting Feb or March (pretty flexible). Looking for an apartment ideally on a quieter street with some outdoor space, laundry in-building, and parking (street parking is fine). Near parks and transit — open to Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Hermosa, Oak Park, Ukrainian Village, Roscoe Village, Rogers Park, Avondale, and other neighborhoods. I have a big snuggly, goofy dog named Zuko (rescued Shepherd-Malamute mix). I love gardening, baking sourdough, forest preserves, rock climbing, Rick and Morty, stand-up comedy, yoga, and I smoke weed occasionally, but am willing to keep that outdoors.
