Hello Everyone, my name is Lailah, I am and a recent graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD. I am a soulful and creative old lady in a young person's body. I am a Capricorn and Caribbean. I am organized, a clan as I go type of person, friendly, spontaneous, and communicative. I currently work full time in retail; I also make clothes () and do hair. I am looking for a roommate around the same age as me. I am also looking to move to New York preferably Harlem, Brooklyn, Queens or New Jersey by late January or early February. My budget is $ a month for a year lease. Since this will be my first time living in New York I will be out some weekends getting used to my surroundings. However, I am usually in the house creating, somewhere vinyl shopping, at a museum, trying some food somewhere different, at a poetry slam, looking at yarn or fabrics or somewhere quiet with something warm to drink and a joint. I am open to meeting in public or over the phone.
