I am a fun and caring person I enjoy embroidery, hiking and outdoor activities, nights out, board games, potlucks and absolutely love a good beach adventure I am consistently on time with rental payments I have a strong history of reliability and manage my finances carefully. As i have spent a-lot of my early adulthood overseas/ travelling around so have learnt about the power of budgeting carefully. I am a qualified chef and have worked in various restaurants in Wollongong/ England over the past years. I am always proud of my room details and decorations so will strive to keep the space around tidy and comfortable . This is a result of always having to clean up after myself in the work kitchen. I am respectful about the privacy of my housemates but am always excited for a good social interaction and quality hang I will be happy with whatever level of socialisation works for you I am open in my communication my current house mates, so i can learn from and solve disputes/issues happily I can provide references if needed from previous landlords or employers and housemates who can vouch for responsibility as a person/housemate ! :))) I am looking for month lease is possible
