Hey, I’m Shand — a gay male middle child, bartender, writer, and professional “I’ll-clean-the-counter-without-being-asked” type. I recently landed in Philly and I’m looking for a month-to-month room while I get fully settled. I’m a tidy, considerate adult human who knows how to live with people without being in their way. Professionally, I’m in hospitality — which means I’m used to stressful environments, unpredictable schedules, and keeping a cool head.
