Working professional and student who is clean, laid-back, and respectful. I have a hypoallergenic dog who is almost 3 years old, who is fully trained and only barks to alert, not for attention. The dog will not be in the tenant’s living space. In my downtime, I enjoy reading and keeping things peaceful. I’m looking for a roommate who pulls their own weight and follows the golden rule in shared areas: leave no trace. I do not smoke, and there is no smoking allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. I love animals, but I am allergic to cats, and any dog must be hypoallergenic. A hypoallergenic dog is welcome with documentation of the breed and up-to-date shot records. College students, military personnel, and travel nurses are welcome.
