Hello there, I'm living and working by aventura, let's say by the fresh market in biscayne , I am looking for a room and hopefully a bathroom close to here(Williams island, peninsula) only female roommates. I love to cook so I will need access to the kitchen, if the kitchen is clean, it should stay clean(OCD with cleaning) .I am employed and Thank God has always been employed long term with people(discipline, respectful and friendly), Catholic and very Family oriented. I'm looking for a person that is clean, don't party and is just quiet(or keep the home quiet and safe)I don't smoke, drink or use drugs, I have Never been involved in any kind of trouble with police or people. Clean background. I ask for the same in return, I will make sure the renters are legit(no scams or fake accounts). Thank you.
