I am renting out a fully furnished Apartment in Zurich City, close to train station Manegg and bus nr Frymanstrasse. The Aapartment includes a double bed, drawer, desk, and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas) are included. The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, a toaster, and a water boiler. All main shops are close, and there are public transport possibilities right next to the apartment that take you into the city in no time.
