A nice house. 7 blocks from the beach. Pool and hot tub in the back. Rent is a month plus around for utilities depending. I am male going to school around here and currently one other roommate a girl. I’m pretty clean and it’s a relaxed home environment. Big backyard and washer and dryer in the house.
