Hey! I’m a year old queer guy who’s leaving a long term relationship. The last time i rented an apartment was 8 years ago when it was $/month! It’s crazy out here these days! I started my first semester at Mid this year and I also run my own small business in town. I do have one cat. I’m physically disabled but not incapable of keeping up on house chores! Would appreciate some grace on tougher days, though. I balue communication. I’m pretty clean and quiet. I don’t smoke cigs, vape, or partake in green but I’m friendly inside the house no problem. I don’t drink much if at all. Fine with any gender or walk of life as long as you’re fine with me!
