Hi, my name is Matthew. I’m a career-focused professional currently selling my home and looking for a room to rent during this transition. My long-term goal is to relocate (likely summer ), so I’m seeking something stable for now — more than a month-to-month, but not a full apartment lease since timing isn’t set in stone yet. I work full-time, live an active lifestyle, and I’m passionate about cooking (happy to share a meal now and then!). I’m independent, social, and respectful of shared spaces — though it’s been a while since I had a roommate, I’m easygoing and open to new connections. Ideally, I’d like a place that feels safe, where I can keep some of my belongings secure. I’m flexible with furnished or unfurnished rooms.
