نبذة عني

Moving from Laguna Niguel down to San Clemente at the end of September but i don't know the area too well. Looking for a place to bridge the time while i'm getting to know the different parts, settling into a new church, and checking out apartments - for a max of weeks or so. British, mid-forties, and i know the stress of renting out a room and/or dealing with people who aren't respectful or grown-up in other people's space. I'm relaxed, tidy, polite, and friendly. Exercise regularly, work during the day, no craziness, no weird habits, and have a schedule to work to. I'm British so i do like a beer and a cig, but i completely respect those who don't and never do anything to violate that. Preference is to live with other chaps where possible - haven't done this in a long, long time, even for a short period!
