My name is Rob. I moved to Canton, Georgia, in late October from Loveland, Colorado, to help care for my elderly parents. After my father’s passing in July and my mother’s recent move into a senior living facility, we’re now in the process of selling their home, so I’m looking for a room to rent. A little about me: I have two adult kids I’m very close with. My daughter lives in Colorado with her husband, and my son is a student at Montana State University in Bozeman. I visit them occasionally, as family is very important to me. I’m originally from Mansfield, Ohio, and graduated from The University of Akron. I’ve been a senior graphic designer for many years, working with small businesses across the country—mainly in the home services industry. Most days, you’ll find me working at a co-working space in either Alpharetta or Canton. I live an active lifestyle—hiking, biking, and enjoying live music or local festivals whenever I can. After a year of caregiving, I’m excited to get back into those routines again. I’m tidy and respectful, keeping my belongings organized in my space (besides food in the kitchen). I like to meal prep a few days at a time and tend to keep things simple. I’m easygoing, friendly, and happy to chat, but I also enjoy quiet time and keeping a peaceful home environment.
